Dr Sukanya Ghosh
Dr. Sukanya Ghosh is an accomplished business strategist, entrepreneur, academician, innovator, researcher, startup mentor, and trainer with over 14 years of industry experience in manufacturing, technology, consultancy, and innovation-driven enterprises. She serves as the Director of three Private Limited companies, including two DPIIT-recognized innovation startups, leading strategic business growth, technology commercialization, and product innovation. She holds an M.Sc. in Economics, a PGDBA (HR), an A Level from DOEACC, and a Ph.D. in Management, combining strong academic credentials with extensive industry leadership. A UGC NET-qualified academician and National Scholarship awardee, she is also the recipient of the Outstanding Research Award from IBFR, USA. As a patent-holding innovator, her breakthrough technologies have received recognition and grant support from IIT Kharagpur Research Park and the Department of Science & Technology & Biotechnology (DSTBT), Government of West Bengal.
